Brad Smith was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC and moved to Pitt County in the early 1990's. Since his career in real estate began he has consistently been at the top of the market. Brad pioneered the team concept of real estate sales by forming the first team in the late 1990's. Since then, he has been honored nationally for his real estate prowess and has been the top real estate agent in Pitt County four out of the last five years. He is a loving father of 2 beautiful children, Zack and Zoe Smith. Brad has only one objective in mind; and that is 100% customer satisfaction! Suzanne Hardee
Suzanne Hardee is a 1999 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. Her previous experience has given her a strong background in sales and marketing. Suzanne has been successfully assisting people and families buy and sell their homes since 2003 and joined the Brad Smith Team in 2005. She enjoys shagging, skiing, boating and traveling with friends and family. Suzanne is the social director of the Eastern North Carolina Shag Club, a chapter advisor for Alpha Phi Sorority, a volunteer for Pitt County’s Jr Miss Program and an avid supporter of the ECU Pirates. Suzanne is the personification of "problem solver". She takes pride in ensuring each and every client becomes a satisfied customer.
Brandy Boyd
Brandy Boyd is a graduate of DH Conley and is currently enrolled at Beaufort Community College pursuing a nursing degree. She has worked with the Brad Smith Team since 2003. She enjoys coaching cheerleading at DHC, being with friends and shopping. Brandy also works for NC DECA as the State Office Trainer. During the listing period, Brandy is responsible for our marketing efforts including, creating flyers and writing advertisements.
Phillip Martin
Phillip moved to Greenville in 2002 from High Point, NC to attend East Carolina University. He is pursuing his degree in Urban Planning and Development with a minor in Security Studies and a certificate in Urban Design. Phillip joined the Brad Smith Team in 2006. In his free time he enjoys fishing and golfing. Phillip takes special care in making sure that you know as much as possible about the “markets” response to our proactive marketing efforts to sell your home.
Chris Dawson
Chris Dawson is a veteran with over 12 years of faithful service with the United States Marine Corps. Chris is a native of eastern N.C. and joined the Brad Smith Team in 2006. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and golfing. Chris’ previous experience and can-do attitude will guarantee our clients a pleasurable home selling experience.
Ashley Creech
Ashley Creech was born in Kinston, North Carolina where most of her family still resides. She was raised in Gastonia, North Carolina and attended high school in Carmel, Indiana. Ashley moved to Greenville in 1999 to attend East Carolina University, where she was the vice president of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority for three years. She has since worked and managed a local restaurant for five years and decided to come aboard The Brad Smith Team in 2007. Ashley is a loving mother of her three year old, Jayden. She enjoys good music, good friends, and fun times. For a place to call home, choose a team that can keep you smiling.
Christy Mattison
Christy Mattison is a 2002 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has been working in real estate part-time since Oct 2005. Christy is married to Torey Mattison, owner of Core Fitness and Wellness Center. She is currently a second grade teacher at Grifton School and loves working with people.
Tracy Tripp
Tracy received an associates in business management and has been a small business owner since 1998. She began her real estate career two years ago and joined The Brad Smith Team in 2007. Tracy is the proud mother of her two children, Cameron and Madison. She enjoys spending time with her children and family and is both a Pirate and a Blue Devils fan. Tracy takes pride in helping people find their dream homes.
